Thinking back to last weeks RE session all about Moses, we are now looking in to the feelings Moses and Pharaoh would have experienced throughout these events. Can you make a mind-map of all the feelings that both Pharaoh and Moses would've felt throughout this story?
Today we are looking at the feelings of happiness, sadness and anger. . We are now going to think about the intensity of these feelings throughout the different events. For example, during the events listed below, how strong on a scale of 1 - 5 (with 5 being the strongest of the emotions) would the emotion of happiness, sadness and anger be?
For example, i think that Moses would have been very angry to be being sent away from Egypt, I would rate this a 4 out of 5. Have a go at rating each intensity of the emotions for each of the events listed below. Complete this from both Moses and Pharaohs point of view and then justify your choice with an explanation. For example, I think Moses would have been very angry to be being sent away from Egypt because that was where he grew up and he would miss his family very much.
When Moses was sent away from Egypt
When Moses spoke to God through the burning bush
When Moses returned to Egypt
During the 10 plagues
When the Hebrews were released from Egypt
When they crossed the red sea
When they reached the promise land
